And the enthusiasm for I Love Juice Bar is far from limited to St. Louis. A recent I Love Juice Bar opening in the Hillsboro Village neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee, merited a mention in the Nashville Scene, which praised the wide array of healthy menu options:

“The old Sunset Grill building in Hillsboro Village is buzzing once again with another new opening….In addition to juices, smoothies, and shots, the Juice Bar in Hillsboro Village will offer a small menu of grab-and-go, mostly gluten-free and vegan food options. Among the menu items are an almond butter sandwich, sprout sandwich, kale and quinoa salad, pad thai noodles made from sweet potatoes, and (my favorite) rice paper-wrapped fresh spring rolls.”

Nashville business publications have also taken notice of I Love Juice Bar for being such a timely, smart business idea. A recent write-up in EntreNash spotlighted the franchise’s rapid expansion and standout popularity:
